The User having filled in all or part of the contact form, as well as the structure he represents, guarantees and indemnifies Bolloré SE and any company affiliated with it, at first request, against any recourse that may result from the use of Personal Data communicated to the Bolloré Group, the User as well as the entity he represents committing to defend and indemnify, in this context, the Bolloré company and its affiliates against any actions or threats of actions or claims of third parties whether they are judicial or not.  Such guarantee shall remain in force for five (5) years after receiving the information provided by User through the contact form.

These Personal Data are intended for our company and more particularly for the department of solidarity and sponsorship. They will also be sent to our technical service providers for the strict needs of their mission.

Your Personal Data is kept for a period not exceeding 12 months from receipt of the information provided through the contact form, this period being increased, if necessary, by the duration of the limitation period for actions that may arise from this relationship.

We remind you that you have a right of access, of rectification on the erroneous data concerning you, and, in the cases envisaged by the regulations, of opposition, of deletion of some of your data, of having it limited. use or request their portability for transmission to a third party, but also to define the fate of your data after your death (for France).
